Supply House Times' Redesign Captures Prestigious Award
Supply House Times won a "Most Improved Magazines and Journals" 2009 Apex award thanks to a redesign and new format that started with our 50th Anniversary issue.

Supply House Times won a 2009 Apex award in the category of "Most Improved Magazines and Journals," thanks to a redesign and new format beginning with the April 2008 50th Anniversary issue (shown here).
Now in their 21st year, APEX Awards were created by Communications Concepts Inc., of Springfield, VA, to recognize excellence in publications work by professional communicators spanning consumer and business media, along with the advertising and public relations community. The 2009 contest featured more than 3,750 entries, with awards presented in 11 major categories and 122 subcategories.
Besides the APEX Awards, Communications Concepts is best known as publisher of the outstanding “best practices” newsletter for communications professionals, Writing That Works. The panel of judges for APEX 2009 included John De Lellis, Concepts Editor and Publisher; Carolyn Mulford, Senior Evaluator for the Publication Evaluation Program and Senior Writer & Editor of Writing That Works; Christine Turner, Contributing Editor of Writing That Works; and Bill Londino, Consulting Editor of Writing That Works.
Supply House Times is a past recipient of numerous other Apex awards for editorial excellence.
