Expansion And Acquisitions…Sioux Chief Manufacturing
Sioux Chief Manufacturing is purchasing REHAU’s North American fittings
business for PEX plumbing systems. This will include transition of REHAU’s
existing fittings inventory and associated certifications, and the licensing of
the technology, to Sioux Chief. The sale was to take effect April 1.
