Klaus Grohe, son of the founder of Hansgrohe and the company’s leader for more than three decades, recently announced that he was stepping away from day-to-day operational management. The new chairman and CEO is Grohe’s colleague, Siegfried Gansslen, a 14-year veteran with Hansgrohe AG, based in Schiltach, Germany. He had been serving as deputy chairman and CFO since 1999.
