Continued corporate expansion, new client implementations and research and development initiatives have been among the company’s major goals in the last year.
A number of VAI’s partner alliances include companies with technology meant to enhance its S2K Software Solutions, while providing clients with the added functionality needed to grow their businesses. The integration of UPS Logistics Technologies Roadnet Transportation Suite this year allows VAI’s customers to generate numerous routing options for maximized fleet investment, especially critical with the steady increase in oil prices.
In addition, VAI partnered with Stony Brook University’s Center of Excellence in Wireless & Information Technology (CEWIT) (www.cewit.org). Stony Brook computer science graduate students are providing programming resources to aid VAI in the development of several e-commerce applications utilizing IBM’s Websphere software.

VAI is headquartered in Ronkonkoma, NY, with branch offices in Miami, Orlando, Newport Beach and Oroville, CA. The company recently opened an office in Oak Brook, IL, about 20 miles west of downtown Chicago, its second site in the Chicago metro area.
