CIPH To Co-host Rick Johnson Sales Skills Workshop In November

CIPH, along with the Partners in Distribution Excellence will be hosting strategic Counter Sales Skills Sales Workshops led by Rick Johnson on Tuesday, November 18th in Mississauga, ON, and on Thursday, November 20th in Burnaby, BC.

Counter sales representatives build, create, and manage customer relationship equity. These relationships are different than those developed by field sales but they are critical to success in a competitive marketplace. It’s not enough to achieve some or even most of your customers’ expectations - your objective is to meet them all.

These workshops will address the following:
Defining the counter conundrum
Customer expectations
Relationship equity
The Value Proposition: up selling & suggestive selling
Dealing with angry or demanding customers
Defining your role
Price vs. cost
Profile of the “A” Player Counter Professional

Communication skills
