Westwater Supply Corp.(Columbus, OH) has purchased the inventory and assets of Probst Supply Co. (Marion, OH). Dave Everson has been named branch manager. The Marion facility will continue to operate out of the former Probst Supply location.
Everson has more than 30 years’ experience at Probst Supply.
This opportunity was a win-win for both family-owned companies. CEO Lisa Westwater said, “Marc had an interest in acquiring Prost Supply and I am happy to have brought one of Marc’s dreams to reality. Marc and John had been friends for many years.” (Marc Westwater, previous CEO of Westwater Supply, was Lisa’s husband who passed away in 2000.)
Westwater Supply also has facilities in Springfield and Zanesville, OH.
