The U.S. International Trade Commission decided on Oct. 2 to uphold the existing antidumping duty order on welded large diameter line pipe from Japan, but revoked the existing antidumping duty order on this product from Mexico. The actions came under the five-year (sunset) review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
