Watts Water Technologies has acquired ATS Expansion Group, based in France; Vernon, CA-based Calflex Manufacturing; and Kim Olofsson Safe Corporation AB, located in Almhult, Sweden.
ATS is a manufacturer of fittings, valves and manifolds for water, gas and heating applications and stainless steel flexible hoses.
Calflex manufactures water connectors and complementary products for the wholesale, OEM and do-it-yourself markets in the United States.
Kim Olofsson Safe Corp. is a manufacturer of electronic controls for heat pump, solar and pellet heater applications.
