The American Supply Association and the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors National Association are once again joining forces for Network '06, scheduled for Sept. 26-30 at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel in Chicago.

James Bradley (pictured), author of “Flags of Our Fathers,” will give the opening keynote address, 9-10:30 a.m., Sept. 27. Bradley's book tells the story behind the most iconic image of World War II: six soldiers raising the American flag during the Battle of Iwo Jima. Bradley's father, John, was one of those men. Bradley's book has been turned into a movie directed by Clint Eastwood.

Oceanographer Dr. Robert D. Ballard will present the keynote address, 9-10:30 a.m., Sept. 29. Ballard has conducted more than 100 deep-sea expeditions, but is best known for finding the wreck of the Titanic in 1985.
