2006 MwDA Town Hall Meeting

MwDA will host its Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at Butterfield Country Club in west suburban (Chicago) Oak Brook, IL. This annual event is a convenient and affordable opportunity for valued members to learn and network with channel partners from throughout the Midwest.

The afternoon seminar, entitled “Managing for High Performance,” features Charles “Charlie” P. Hauck, President of Growth Dynamics. Too many managers spend time trying to change their employees into the “models” they believe they ought to be, and some end up sweating so much small stuff that they ignore the bigger picture. This presentation will provide executives and managers the necessary tools to become better leaders, as well as a specific game-plan for growing a company's success.

Charlie and his partners, Scott Messer and Fred Liesong, have a history of business ownership in construction, distribution, software, and sales force development, which allows their clients to benefit from hands-on experience. Specializing in real-world solutions to business development and management challenges, they have worked with hundreds of clients focusing on development of proactive behaviors and self-responsible attitudes that yield consistent producers and high achievers.

The program continues into the evening with a cocktail reception, a delicious dinner and plenty of opportunities for fun and camaraderie. Following dinner, Ajita Rajendra, President of A.O. Smith Water Products Company, will discuss his perspective on changes and trends that impact the company and our industry.
