Western Suppliers Association, a regional association affiliated with the American Supply Association, announced the retirement of Paul and Meg Davis effective Dec. 31. They served on the executive staff of WSA for 25 years. Don Robertson, current WSA president, recognized their leadership in the areas of fiscal responsibility, program development, continuity of association performance and personal stewardship over the years. Both WSA and the Pacific Southwest Distributors Association (PSDA) have agreed to be administered by one professional staff. Debbie Wagner, who served as an assistant to Paul and Meg Davis for about 20 years, will remain to manage day-to-day WSA operations and Bob Bluth will do the same for PSDA. Bluth will also be involved in planning and overseeing both WSA and PSDA and will be managing director of the two groups' joint convention, which meets under the banner: Pacific Western Distributors Association (PWDA). The next convention is scheduled for May 17-21 in Scottsdale, AZ.
