U.S. Industries, Inc. signed an agreement relating to the sale of SiTeco, its European lighting division, to funds advised by JPMorgan Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Total consideration was about $117.4 million (U.S.) in cash. The sale, subject to closing conditions, was expected to close by Aug. 31.
