Bradford White Corp. announced the retirement of Michael J. Carfagno and Mary McCrossin. During his 34 years of employment with the company Carfagno held positions in service, warranty, marketing, purchasing and sales. He had been regional sales manager since 1987 and remained a consistent top performer. McCrossin, who joined the company 40 years ago, was national sales administrator.

Jordan has been with Bradford White 17 years and has held positions in warranty and order entry. Most recently she was a team leader for order entry. Her new position will involve supporting the company's customers, sales reps and sales team, as McCrossin had done.
