Edgen Canada, a subsidiary of Edgen Corp., Baton Rouge, La., has acquired the common stock of Western Flow Products, Edmonton, Alberta. Western Flow is a specialty alloy pipe and components distributor primarily to the oil and gas, processing and power generation industries. The operations of Western Flow are being merged into Edgen Canada.
