Southern Wholesalers Association selected Terry Shafer, founder and president of PipeLine Management, an operations management firm based in Franklin, Tenn., to serve as its executive vice president. He succeeds Frank and Dale Rizzo, who served SWA with the highest degree of professionalism for 17 years and left the association in excellent financial condition, SWA said.
