Linda Kohler Anderson was executive director of the Kohler Foundation, where she led programs for scholarships, grants, the Distinguished Guest (performance) Series, and the Waelderhaus historic site. Together with another foundation member, she initiated what has become the foundation's largest program, the preservation of folk architecture and works by self-taught artists. She also served on the Kohler Board of Education for 13 years, including a term as president. She was also on the board of the John Michael Kohler Arts Center.
She married Roger Anderson in 1985, and is survived by him, her three children, 10 grandchildren, and Anderson's two children and three grandchildren.
