Eljer Plumbingware announced five promotions: Richard Lunn to vice president - Eastern Sales; Al Wildschut to vice president - Western Sales; Phillis Reed to national sales director; Julie Swinyer to vice president - customer service and sales operations; and Dale Laurence to sales/product manager - kitchen sinks.

Lunn has more than 23 years of experience in the plumbing industry, and has spent 22 years in the Eljer Sales Division, most recently as regional manager - Southeast Region. His office will be in Matthews, N.C.

Wildschut, with more than 16 years of experience in the plumbing industry, has held many sales management positions with Eljer and its previously held subsidiary, U.S. Brass. Most recently, he was national sales manager for EPW Plumbing Products, a private label cast iron division of Eljer Plumbingware. He will be located at Eljer's corporate offices in Dallas.

Reed has been with Eljer for 18 years and has more than 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry. She has held many management positions with Eljer, most recently as the midwestern U.S. regional sales manager, which also included Ontario, Canada. In her new position, she will be responsible for all wholesale sales activity in all of Canada and wholesale buying groups. Her office will remain in Bloomingdale, Ill.

Swinyer, a Certified Public Accountant, has been with Eljer for 15 years, most recently as director of sales strategy. Now she will oversee all operations of the wholesale and retail customer service departments, as well as directing the operations of the sales strategy department, which is responsible for customer pricing, sales reporting, sales analysis, program and order administration.

Laurence has been with Eljer for five years, most recently as the wholesale district sales manager for Tennessee. Twice he has won Eljer's annual Eagle Award - presented to those recognized as outstanding sales performers. In his new position, Laurence will be responsible for introducing the Astracast kitchen sink series into the U.S. market and will relocate to the Dallas area.
