Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Service Corp. has acquired Imes Engineering, a Baton Rouge, La.-based engineering company. Imes will operate as a business unit of CWFCC. Imes provides technical services to the chemical and refining industries in Louisiana and Texas with a focus on process engineering and process safety management.
