Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) named Doug Leonard sourcing manager for plumbing and Ed Rhodes Jr., sourcing manager of HVAC. Leonard had been a plumbing products buyer for Ferguson in Chantilly, Va. Before that, he worked in the plumbing department of the local Lowe's store.

Rhodes, a 38-year veteran of Noland, most recently was training and development manager.
