Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) named Marian S. Henry manager of training and development in the Human Resources division and Linda M. McElroy as employee communications coordinator. Henry joined the company in 1997 as employee communications coordinator.
McElroy previously edited the employee newsletter for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.
