Selkirk L.L.C. promoted Ray Overbey to vice president - Southwest operations. He has served as director of Southwest operations since mid-2002, and he served as plant manager of other company plants.

In other news, Ritch Blackstead was named plant manager of the Nampa, Idaho facility. He has worked as a manufacturing engineer and as an engineering services manager in the plant. He replaces Doug Hoy, who is retiring after joining the company in 1999.
