Mincron Software Systems announced René van Gemert has joined Mincron as its international business development manager for the JENASYS® application modernization product. Alfonso Mauléon has also joined to develop international accounts in the French- and Spanish-speaking markets. Previously, van Gemert held a senior international business development position with Spain-based Transtools, where he worked mainly with the European markets.

Walter Ulrich, president of Mincron, said in a statement, “René's familiarity with the IBM legacy world, his multi-culture and language abilities, and his experience in the international IT service industry represents the ideal mix of qualifications for his new role as JENASYS® international business development manager.”

Mauléon also spent four years with TransTools where he was responsible for the closure and project management of several large contracts, including Siemens Health Services in France. Prior to that, he worked for large multinational corporations including Dietrich, Barclays Bank Paris and La Poste - the French Postal Service. As a systems architect, his contributions were integral to the Y2K remediation and the Euro currency implementation.
