Professor Richard Wirtz, Columbus State Community College, was recognized for his contributions to advancing the quality of education offered through the accredited Northamerican Heating, Refrigeration and Airconditioning Wholesalers Association Home Study Institute. The award was made during NHRAW's 56th annual conference. Wirtz began helping the Home Study Institute in 1987.
