The North American Technical Excellence (NATE) named Randy Tice, CEO of APR Supply (Lebanon, Pa.) as chairman of its board of directors. He assumes the position from Skip Snyder, who retired from it in September. Tice will also serve as president of Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) in 2004.
