Noland Co. (Newport News, Va.) named Roger E. (Eddie) Gibbs vice president of sourcing. He joined the company in early 2003 and was named director of sourcing in June. Prior to that, he spent nearly 30 years with Hughes Supply (Orlando, Fla.), where he served in various positions, including director of purchasing for more than 10 years.
