DeMarco Energy Systems of America acquired Baker's Filter Services, including all the assets of the company. DeMarco will initially maintain the BFS name for installs and monthly maintenance services on air filters, and will assume the services at its headquarters in Austin, Texas. The company plans to expand the new segment of business by acquiring companies similar to BFS, located in other geographic regions.
