Weil-McLain has sold the assets of its Canadian operation to a newly formed company, Weil-McLain Canada Sales Inc. The new Canadian company, owned by partners Bill Palamar and John Goshulak, assumed all previous responsibilities including national sales, distribution and service of Weil-McLain products on August 1st. The company will continue to operate out of the existing facilities on Finley Road in Brampton.

"We are committed to providing the expected level of support that our customers demand. To that end, we are re-staffing to appropriate levels and carefully reviewing the service and support structures currently in place," says Goshulak. The company will market Weil-McLain's complete line of residential and commercial, oil and gas boilers as well as indirect water heaters and baseboard radiators.

Goshulak will manage the company's day-to-day operations. He has held senior management and sales positions in the boiler industry for more than 15 years. He is also an active participant in most national industry associations, currently serving as chair of the Great Lakes Hydronics Association, on the board of directors of the Canadian Oil Heat Association and past chair of the Canadian Hydronics Council.
