The heating/cooling showroom has operating displays of an in-floor heating system and single and multi-stage furnaces with matching central air conditioning units. Two installed boiler systems with technically advanced control systems, and a high-velocity cooling system to complement the boilers are also featured. The showroom has a mini-split air conditioner for zone cooling, as well as a whole house "HEPA" air-filtering system.

The plumbing showroom consists of seven bathrooms presented in various layouts and designs, displaying more than 100 different faucets and 30 bath and kitchen sinks, all in different colors and finishes. Other accessories, such as bath fans, shower doors, towel bars, mirrors and medicine cabinets are also displayed. The showroom also features a handicapped-accessible bath with shower seats, grab bars and a hands-free operating faucet.
