Pameco acquires Climate Supply
Pameco Corp. has purchased the assets of Climate Supply Co. (Dallas) and completed the sale of its Williams Welding Alloys division.
Pameco Corp. has purchased the assets of Climate Supply Co., Dallas, a six-branch distributor of HVACR equipment with annualized revenues of about $7 million. Climate's suppliers include Copeland, Sporlan, International Comfort Products and Honeywell. The acquisition marks Pameco's entry into the Dallas market.

In other news, Pameco completed the sale of its Williams Welding Alloys division to Metal Services International, King of Prussia, Pa. The division, which had annual revenues of $8 million, was acquired in December 1997 as part of Williams Refrigeration.
