Tavenner
Ferguson (Newport News, VA) promoted Bill Tavenner to director of Commercial-Industrial Business Group at headquarters, where he will be responsible for the strategic development, growth and direction of the commercial and industrial business across the country. He joined Ferguson in 1986 as a trainee, was promoted to outside sales in 1988. In 1990 he was named a satellite manager, and for the next 15 years he has served as president/general manager for various locations. Under his leadership both the Columbus, GA branch and the Houston branch have won awards as Most Improved Supply House of the Year. Also, he headed the Richmond, VA branch when it was named Supply House of the Year.

Fox
In other news, each of the following individuals was named general manager of a particular location: Tom Bryan, Richmond, VA; Kevin Finn, Stockton, CA; Mike Llewellyn, St. Louis, MO; Chuck Fox, Fresno, CA; and Jim Golini, Lakewood, NJ. Since joining Ferguson in 1984 as a trainee, Bryan has held branch positions including president and general manager, operations manager, vice president of operations and vice president of business development. Finn joined Ferguson in 1996 through the Familian Pipe & Supply integration with 10 years of experience in the wholesale plumbing distribution industry. He had been sales manager of commercial/merchanical sales since 2002.

Golini
Llewelyn joined Ferguson in 1986 and spent 11 years in outside sales. He has been satellite manager of Bowling Green, KY, since 2000 and received the Satellite Manager award for 2004-2005. Fox joined Ferguson in 1984 and has served as president and general manager of Macon, GA; Tampa, FL; and Tallahassee, FL. Golini joined Ferguson in 1988 through its acquisition of L&H Supply. He had been vice president of operations at Lakewood since 2002 and helped that branch win the Branch Process Review Megabranch of the Year for Operational Excellence award for 2004.
