AIV Acquires 700 Valve Supply and Valve Modification Services

AIV, LP has announced the acquisition of 700 Valve Supply, LLC, and Valve Modification Services, LLC (VMS).
Founded in 2014, 700 Valve Supply has been a resource for the refining, chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, power and pulp & paper markets, offering both commodity and specialty valves. Their inventory of valve manufacturers, such as Velan, L&T, and OMB, has made them a true asset for distributors to lean on when delivery is critical.
“We are excited to welcome the 700 Valve and VMS family to ours,” said Trey Cook, CEO of AIV. “We believe this acquisition will strengthen our position as the premier global source for quick deliveries of valves, actuators, and modifications in the industries we serve.”
The company will be transitioning the 700 Valve team to AIV and the VMS team to their sister company, Gulf Coast Modification, over the next month.
