Armstrong Intelligent Solutions drive system-level HVAC optimization

Armstrong Fluid Technology showcased its latest HVAC solutions at the AHR Expo in Las Vegas. As buildings face increasing performance, efficiency and decarbonization demands, Armstrong is demonstrating how integrated intelligence across its Envelope Platform enables visibility into system behavior clearly, quantifies performance improvements and act on insights with ease.
Envelope Advisor, Armstrong’s cloud-based building analytics, fault detection and diagnostics platform, will anchor the Continuous Optimization Made Visible experience, demonstrating how complex HVAC system inefficiencies visible and understandable without replacing existing building automation controls.
Armstrong presented live dashboards and system views that translate complexity into clear, actionable insights.
Armstrong also showcased an interactive Design Envelope experience featuring Tango pumps that guides visitors through real-world system scenarios, including how Delta-T issues are resolved with Design Envelope technology. With an integrated flow meter, the pump orchestrates and provides insight into how the entire HVAC system is operating, demonstrating how Design Envelope simplifies HVAC systems by integrating intelligence directly into the equipment.
Envelope Core, Envelope Optimizer and the Wrench App will also be on display, showing how the Envelope Platform and Design Envelope work together to quantify energy savings and operational improvements. These measurable outcomes help building owners and facility managers validate progress against efficiency and sustainability goals.
Integrated Designer, a powerful capability within Armstrong’s ADEPT selection tool, will anchor the Continuous Optimization Made Simple experience, simplifying the selection and sizing of systems and related equipment from a single interface.
Within Integrated Designer, attendees will see how integrated selection and system design in one workflow, real-time system performance estimates, and one-click export of equipment schedules and submittal packages reduce manual calculations and support faster, more confident decisions.
Armstrong also featured an Innovations Showcase highlighting Armstrong’s newest solutions, including Systems Envelope- Fluid Transfer Station (SE-FMS) and Systems Envelope - Energy Transfer Station (SE-ETS). Attendees will see Performance Mapping that shows how these solutions fit within the broader system and how Performance Envelopes define expected behavior and operating boundaries, enabling optimization from day one.
