SRGI has announced the acquisition of Skinner Associates, Inc., an HVAC equipment representative based in Woburn, Massachusetts. The move aims to strengthen SRGI’s position as a manufacturers’ representative across the Northeast and expands its reach throughout New England and Eastern Upstate New York.

With more than 85 years of experience and nearly 50 years under the leadership of Tom and Dave Skinner, Skinner Associates has built a reputation for partnerships, technical expertise and customer service. The acquisition unites two organizations that share a commitment to supporting engineers, contractors and distributors with HVAC solutions.
