Tim Milford Sr. will be ascending to chairman of Milford Supply Co. on June 1st, 2025. Tim Milford Jr., will transition to chief executive officer of Milford Supply Co. and Tom Militzer, will succeed Tim Milford Jr. as president.

Tim Milford Sr. joined Milford Supply Co. in 1981 as the controller. He became CEO in 2009. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a local supplier to a regional player in the plumbing and HVAC industries. Though stepping away from daily operations, Tim Milford Sr. will remain involved in a senior advisory capacity.

Tim Milford Jr. joined the company full-time in 2013. During his time as President, serving in various roles across operations, sales, and strategic planning. He brings a deep understanding of the company’s mission, operations, and long-term vision. Tim is well-prepared to lead the company into a new era of innovation and service excellence.

Tom Militzer started at Milford Supply Co. as a warehouse worker sweeping floors in 2004. Tom has worked his way up through various roles in the company including counter sales, inside sales and sales manager. Tom has years of experience and has an inside perspective to bring to this new role.

Today, Milford Supply Co. has 4 locations in the St. Louis area, including 1 recently opened branch in Brentwood, MO. The company has over 40 employees and continues to grow. This leadership transition marks a new chapter for Milford Supply Co., one that honors its roots while embracing the future.
