As we celebrate Women’s History Month and Women in Construction Week, Supply House Times is shining the spotlight on 10 influential women who are leading the PHCP-PVF industry to great success.

Jennifer Light

Showroom Division Manager, Coburn Supply

How long have you been in the industry?

I began my career in the plumbing industry as a showroom consultant in 2006 and have since grown into my current role as Showroom Division Manager for Coburn Supply.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your career in PHCP-PVF?

The most rewarding part of my role is supporting our showrooms and finding new ways to expand our industry knowledge. I love the challenge of helping people bring their dream projects to life and the lasting relationships that develop along the way—with customers, reps, vendors, and coworkers. These connections often extend far beyond the completion of a single project, making this industry incredibly fulfilling.

What do you wish more people understood about the plumbing industry?

I wish more people realized that the plumbing industry offers a wide range of career opportunities—especially for women! There’s so much potential for growth, innovation, and leadership in this field.
