Data collection underway for 2024 ASA Compensation/Benefits Report

Are you curious about how your company's employee compensation package stacks up in today's competitive distribution landscape?
ASA is once again teaming up with more than 20 other distributor-centric trade associations to present the 2024 Cross-Industry Compensation Study. The study will provide ASA member companies a detailed analysis of key compensation and benefits-related stats for the distribution industry, including benchmarks for more than 45 positions and job functions, including counter sales, warehouse employees, inside/outside sales, truck drivers and more.
This biannual study was last conducted in 2022 and featured data from 22 distribution-related associations and 959 distribution companies representing more than 10,000 locations.
ASA member distributors are encouraged to submit their data confidentially. In return, distributors that provide data will be sent the robust report free of charge.
