Caleffi North America announced that Tina Gullickson will succeed Mark Olson, who was named CEO in 2004. Caleffi credits Olson with guiding the company through nearly two decades of growth to establish a successful North American business highly regarded for innovation, education and service.

“It’s been a long, fun ride and if there was anything that I take most pride in looking back on 20 years, it’s not all those products. It’s the innovation and the people, it’s the culture, it’s the family,” Olson said during the Caleffi announcement at the AHR Expo in Chicago in January. “I can say I’m leaving a company that I truly love, and I love those people so.”

Gullickson, who has more than 20 years of experience in the plumbing and hydronic industries, has been serving as chief operating officer of Caleffi since November. She previously held several leadership positions and offers considerable industry knowledge and expertise, Caleffi said. Gullickson held leadership roles at Broan-NuTone, Weil Mclain and Marley Engineer. She has an MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin.

“I’m excited to stay in an industry that has supported my growth for 20 years,” Gullickson said. “Caleffi is a company with a compelling vision. Our commitment to innovation and quality is what makes us best in class.”
