Wynnchurch Capital and Midland Industries announced the completed acquisition of Stainless Adapters Inc., a Houston, Texas-based manufacturer of premium stainless steel hydraulic adapters and pipe fittings servicing the oil and gas, marine, manufacturing, construction, carwash, automotive and agriculture industries worldwide.

Michael Baker, SAI CEO, will join Midland Industries as general manager of the new Houston distribution center opening in spring 2020. The entire SAI product offering and inventory is now offered on midlandindustries.com and through distribution channels in Houston.
