Shafter-California-based BPS Supply Group, formerly Bakersfield Pipe and Supply, recently has reached agreements to acquire the following businesses.

• J&K Pipe Sales & Service — The company will operate as a subsidiary of BPS Supply Group and has officially changed its name to J&K Installation Services. J&K Installation Services provides polyethylene pipe installation services out of Lubbock, Texas.

• HF Oilfield Supply — The company officially is operating as BPS Supply Group out of its original locations in both Jal, New Mexico and Jacksboro, Texas and continues to provide pipe, valves, fittings and supplies to the region.

• Bell Pipe & Supply Co. — Bell Pipe & Supply Co. will continue to operate out of its Anaheim, California location. Bell Pipe & Supply Co. has been a pipe, valve and fittings supplier to a wide range of industrial customers across California since 1956.

Terms of the purchases were not disclosed.
