Fort Worth, Texas-based Cohn & Gregory Supply has reached an agreement to acquire Standard Industrial Supply from owner Don Smith. Standard Industrial Supply is a pipe, valve and fittings supplier with a concentration on MRO and safety supplies.

Standard Industrial Supply has been operating for 30 years out of one location in Mesquite, Texas. Gary Coleman will take over as branch manager for this location effective immediately. The Standard Industrial Supply tradename will continue to be used for an undetermined period of time as it is transitioned over to the Cohn & Gregory Supply name.
