From ASA University, “Creating a Respectful Workplace” is a course that covers individual responsibility, company culture, maintaining a respectful workplace in challenging situations and maintaining and rebuilding respect after an offense. The course is designed to help employees consistently demonstrate respect in their day-to-day interactions and learn the behaviors that contribute to a respectful environment. It includes an interactive case study, quiz questions and a 10-question final test. A certificate of completion is provided to those who pass the final test.
