MARS Parts, composed of both Global and Source, has been acquired by RectorSeal. Discussions for the deal have been in process since October.

As part of this transition, Balfrey & Johnston—RectorSeal’s representative for both plumbing and HVAC in Michigan in recent years—will focus exclusively on plumbing and firestop lines in Michigan and Wisconsin.
