A recent Whirlpool Corp. and Habitat for Humanity survey, conducted by the NAHB
Research Center, polled home builders, as well as consumers, and found many
believe there’s a disconnect between living in a green home and purchasing one.
According to the Canadian Institute Of Plumbing
& Heating (CIPH), PHCP wholesalers’ October sales were up 1.5% or up $7
million compared to October 2009.
For the sixth consecutive month, members of the American
Supply Association have reported growth, showing an 8.1% improvement in
per-workday revenues during the month of October 2010.
