A. O. Smith has officially acquired Lochinvar Corp. for $418 million. 

Art Shelton joined Houston-based master distributor Global Stainless Supply Aug. 16 as president and chief operating officer.

Rajendra will be responsible for A. O. Smith’s water heater operations in North America, China, Europe and India, as well as the Lochinvar global boiler business, once the acquisition of that company is complete.
