Penn Machine offers a range of forged butt weld tees from 1/2” to 4”, with reducing sizes starting at 1/8”. Straight size and reducing butt weld tees are designed and tested to ASME 16.9. They can be manufactured in any combination of pipe schedules, and end preps (threaded, socket weld, etc.). The weld bevels, which meet ASME B16.25, can be machined to special profiles and angles to adhere to different weld methods or comply with heavy wall thickness requirements. Carbon steel and stainless 304/L and 316/L tees are available in reducing, mixed schedules and heavy wall requirements. These butt weld tees are available in all the exotics alloys: Alloy 400, Alloy 20, AL6XN, F51 (2205 stainless), 317L, F44 (254 SMO), etc.
