Xylem recently honored the late Mark Campbell by dedicating its newly renovated training center in Seneca Falls, N.Y., in his name.

Campbell, a 20-year Xylem veteran, died in 2011. Family, friends and colleagues attended a ceremony and paid tribute to Campbell, who was Xylem’s training manager.

“We are proud to honor Mark Campbell, a dear friend and employee,” Xylem Residential and Commercial Water Vice President of Global Marketing Chris Jamieson said. “Mark made valuable contributions to our Goulds Water Technology customers and to the Seneca Falls community.”

The renovated training facility has new mobile demonstration units, network and Wi-Fi equipment, LED TVs and configurable workstations. The center gives instructors the flexibility to change classes and create unique lesson plans.

“The Campbell Education Center will continue to offer opportunities for customers and employees to strengthen their expertise in Goulds Water Technology applications and system solutions,” Goulds Water Technology training manager Tom Stephan said. “The lab upgrades will help us to serve as the industry’s leader in training for years to come.”
