Micro Plate Heat Exchangers
Danfoss has introduced Micro Plate Heat Exchangers (MPHEs) in three ranges: C-range for chillers, to work as condensers or evaporators in air-or water-cooled systems; H-range for use in ground-source and air-source heat pump systems; and D-range (generic), that could be used in multiple refrigeration and industrial applications. The MPHEs have a channel plate pattern with a dimpled surface that can be modified to provide optimal heat transfer and minimal pressure drop in any application.
