John A. (Jack) Muir, 86, former VP of operations for
PHCP distributor W. T. Andrew Co., died July 13. The company was a founding
member of former buying group C.L. Watt (later merged with Affiliated Distributors)
and member of the Michigan Association of Distributors before being sold to the
Macomb Group in 1996. Muir was a veteran of the Canadian navy.
