Phil Weeks


Rinnai Corp. promoted Phil Weeks, general manager, to chief operating officer, and James York, director of engineering, to vice president of engineering. Weeks will continue to oversee the sales, marketing and operations functions of Rinnai’s U.S., Canada and Mexico operations. York recently completed the 12-week Senior Management Training School at Harvard University.

Also the company named Carmella Ross director of human resources. She spent the past three years with Hebrew Health Care in Hartford, CT, after previously serving as Rinnai’s human resources manager for four and a half years.
