ICC Evaluation Service
(ICC-ES) hired Shahin Moinian as the executive director for ICC-ES
certification programs. His primary focus will be on strategic management of
the ICC-EICC-ES Plumbing, Mechanical and Fuel Gas (PMG) and Sustainable
Attributes Verification Evaluation (SAVE) programs. For the past 11 years,
Moinian has been the senior director of research and testing at the
International Association of Mechanical and Plumbing Officials (IAPMO), where
he managed global certification activities including product review,
inspections, sales, marketing, as well as their management registration program
(ISO 9001), standards department and laboratory recognition program (ISO/IEC
17025).
